I think it’s unorthodox… my jumper, the way it looks has always been criticized.. I think sometimes the effect I have on the game is not the gaudy box score numbers, but the way the game is digested by fans sometimes, it’s a lot of box score watchers and my box score doesn’t look the way it’s supposed to, and I think that can be a part of it. I don’t necessarily know the answer but I know that it’s probably not going to stop anytime soon.”Haliburton’s statement also gives a hint of the self-questioning and self-doubts that he might have gone through during the season. However, the Pacers’ point guard has shown amazing resilience throughout the season, and if it were not for his last second score, the Pacers’ would not have the lead they have now.
