Small forward Bennedict Mathurin steals the limelight with his impressive performance, becoming the highest scorer of the match.

The Indiana Pacers have shut down the analysts through their performance in the recent final games. While Game 1 saw a stunning comeback in the form of a 2-point dunk by the Pacers’ point guard Tyrese Haliburton, Game 3 saw the team overcome the 5-point gap, which was left towards the end of the third quarter, through a stunning performance put up by the small forward Bennedict Mathurin.
Throughout the match, it was a neck-to-neck battle between the Pacers and the Oklahoma City Thunder. Known for his larger-than-life performances, even star player Shai Gilgeous-Alexander couldn’t put up the required performance in order to push the Thunder to the desired win. The first quarter saw the Thunder taking the lead by 8 points, subsequently falling behind the Pacers by 4 points in the second quarter. While the gap was filled in the third quarter with a 5-point lead by the Thunder, the Pacers dominated the game in the end with a lead of 9 points.
It was a great day for the Pacers’ forward Mathurin, who was seen breaking personal records and setting new ones. The player ended the match with an individual score of 27 points with 4 rebounds, and 1 assist. Tyrese Haliburton became the second-highest scorer of the team with 22 points, 9 rebounds and 11 assists.
NBA MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander could not do much, even though he remains the second-highest scorer of the team with 24 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Jalen Williams became the second-highest scorer of the match with 26 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists.
