Bhavana gets her Kochi slang right

In Jean Paul Lal’s upcoming film set in Mattanchery, all the characters were required to speak in typical Fort Kochi slang.
And that included Bhavana too, as she plays a pivotal role in the film. But Bhavana is one actress known for her strong Thrissur slang, and so she found it much more difficult than the others to get the Kochi slang right.
“Whether I play a girl from the US or Mumbai, I have this tendency to speak in my native Thrissur slang.I was supposed to speak only Fort Kochi slang in this film and had a lot of trouble during the dubbing,” she says.
Apparently, Jean Paul Lal helped the actress to get the pronunciation right. And, they finally got it right!
